Damaged or Missing Items If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, you must report this to us within 24 hours of delivery. Please contact us at 07845538021 with your order number and photos of the damage. Reports made after this window cannot be accepted.

UVDTF Products Please note that all UVDTF products are non-returnable and non-refundable. Due to the nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed. Please ensure you are happy with your order before purchasing.
